Nice :)
I like the usage "divinely sweet", which can (also) be understood as "you can't explain that experience with words; but you get the point, right?"
And, also liked "First received proposal". (What was your answer though? Accepted it or washed it off with a cup of tea? :)
My most favourite is the metaphor of "traveling alone in the bus in the dark". That's lovely.
Very good work!
@Manki ---Thanx:)
divinely sweet ... It means wat it all means:) I really don understand ur point? Wats it?
Not with a cup of tea..but with an innocent face totally unaware of the proposal:)
I mean, words don't convey exactly what we want to express. "Divine," as I understand, is not just sweet. Like the taste of tender coconut. You can call it sweet; but you know very well that it's not "just sweet"; it's more than sweet. We cannot explain it with words; but when we say "as sweet as tender coconut", we understand the implied meaning of "sweet" without taking it literally. (Sorry for being too verbose; couldn't write shorter than this.)
super! I can relate to most of the feelings...btw, today's today becomes tomorrow's yest'day...and then what we may not consider nice today becomes wonderful , divinely sweet tmrw! Thats the way of life :)
When i think of my first few days at SCH I feel so nostalgic and happy...but to tell u the truth, I often thought during my first year "it cant get worse than this" :D
